- Video only: 15 or 30 seconds (food: up to 1 minute of kitchen footage), with a real person showing the product
- Honest ads only: no misleading claims, and you must own the rights to your videos
- Advertisers carry general liability insurance and agree to the hold harmless and release at sign-up
